Deepsea Technologies Bags Subsea Equipment Order

Deepsea Technologies Inc. announced it was recently awarded a contract to supply subsea distribution equipment for an independent operator in the Gulf of Mexico.Deepsea Technologies said it will supply subsea distribution equipment including multiple subsea umbilical termination assemblies, steel tube flying leads and hydraulic distribution unit.This equipment will be engineered and manufactured at Deepsea Technologies' 10 acre facility in Houston.

Oceaneering Scores $50M Umbilical Contract for Gulf of Mexico Project

U.S.-based subsea services and technology firm Oceaneering International has secured a contract to supply an electro-hydraulic, steel tube dynamic umbilical for a project in the Gulf of Mexico.The name of the client was not disclosed, but Oceaneering said it was a domestic independent energy company, with an anticipated revenue from the contract estimated to be approximately $50 million.Oceaneering has been hired to supply an electro-hydraulic, steel tube dynamic umbilical totaling approximately 27 kilometers (17 miles) in length.Manufacturing is scheduled to start in 2024 at the Panama City, Florida

Aker Solutions' Umbilicals for Murphy's King’s Quay FPS

Sandvik Wins Mero Steel Tube Umbilical Order

Sandvik reports it has won the first large-scale stainless steel umbilical tube order in Brazil’s pre-salt Mero oilfield.Mero is an expansive pre-salt oilfield in the Santos Basin offshore Rio de Janeiro with immense oil production potential. Aker Solutions Wins ADNOC Umbilicals Contract

Aker Solutions said it has secured a NOK 700 million ($78.2 million) order from ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) to deliver subsea umbilicals for the Dalma gas development project located offshore the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the shallow waters of the Persian Gulf.The scope includes four steel tube umbilicals totaling more than 100 kilometers. The umbilical system will provide power supply, communication services and chemical injection fluids. Oceaneering Awarded Work in Mozambique

Oceaneering announced on Wednesday it has secured a contract from Anadarko Petroleum Corporation to supply umbilicals, distribution hardware, and aftermarket services for its liquefaction and export terminal project in Mozambique.The multiple lengths of onshore and subsea steel tube control umbilicals total approximately 185 kilometers in length.
