New GPS Interference Mitigation Solution

A new anti-jamming antenna is designed to mitigate intentional and unintentional interference and jamming in challenging offshore environments.The VERIPOS GAJT-710-MS helps combat the growing threats of interference and jamming in the offshore oil and gas environment that can cause major delays in projects and impact vessel, operational and crew safety.The new antenna from VERIPOS, part of Hexagon’s Positioning Intelligence division, works to nullify the interference or jamming source that’s trying to overpower the satellite signals that GPS positioning systems use to determine location.

Veripos Positioning for Swire Pacific Offshore Fleet

Swire Pacific Offshore Operations (Pte) Ltd (SPO), an owner and operator of support vessels for offshore sectors, has awarded a three-year contract to Veripos for provision of precise satellite positioning. Under the terms of the contract, Veripos will provide precise positioning services to SPO’s existing fleet of more than 80 vessels globally.
