Kongsberg, Dynamic Graphics Aim to Improve Drilling Workflow

Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies AS (KOGT), a provider of real time data-capture and data aggregation services announced that it is cooperating closely with Dynamic Graphics Inc. (DGI), a innovator of analytical visualization software, to provide oil and gas operators with significant enhancements to their key workflows.

KOGT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, offers a range of information technology solutions for drilling operations focused on getting the right data to the right people at the right time, to make efficiency and safety based decisions. DGI provides solutions to spatial analysis problems through the co-visualization of data essential for understanding the relationships between time-varying data sets.

Both KOGT and DGI share a common interest to advance drilling domain data analysis to help maximize the value that can be provided by real-time data. By combining their strengths KOGT and DGI aim to provide a significant step forwards in cross discipline collaboration and the understanding of complex inter-related data sets.
