Offshore engineering and services company Subsea 7 revealed it has been awarded two contracts from Saudi Aramco for conventional projects in shallow water offshore Saudi Arabia.

The engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contracts are awarded in consortium with L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, under a long-term agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco, Subsea 7 said in a press release on Monday.

The two workscopes, which will be executed together, consist of EPCI of three oil production deck manifolds and subsea pipelines in the Zuluf field as well as subsea pipelines in the Berri field, the company said.

Offshore execution is expected to begin in 2020.
