Planned, organized, lead and controlled the project logistics function at site for mob/demob crew, materials & vessel as required. Making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.

Act as single point of contact for assigned project for Construction and Marine crew.

  

Project involved:

  1. LiuHua (Pipelay Installation) base in Shekou, China (February till May 2012)
    • Reviewed candidate CV for hiring process.
    • Managed the application of working visas/working permits, mob & demob project crew including sub-contractors and clients.
    • Managed day to day logistic issues at site during operations including crew accommodation, transportation (helicopters, boats, land transport) and equipment arrangements.
    • Arranged for vessel refuelling.
    • Managed the vessel clearance activities in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
    • Responsible for ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material, include inventory control and bag-and-tag - Filing maintaining accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
    • Experienced with independently field material tracking issues and reporting results.

 

  1. Lando (Subsea Installation) base in Vung Tou, Vietnam (20 June – 28 Aug 2012)
    • Managed the application of working visas/working permits, mob & demob project crew including sub-contractors and clients.
    • Managed day-to-day logistic issues during operations including accommodation, transportation (helicopters, boats, land transport) and equipment arrangements.
    • Arranged for vessel refuelling.
    • Managed the vessel clearance activities in Vung Tau, Vietnam and Malaysia.
    • Responsible for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This includes inventory control and bag-and-tag - Filing maintaining accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
    • Experienced with field material tracking issues and reporting results.

 

  1. Protexa XXO (Platform Installation Project) base in Cd del Carmen, Mexico. (Sept until 10 Dec 2012)
    • Managed the application of working visas/working permits, mob & demob project crew including sub-contractors and clients.
    • Managed day-to-day logistic issues during operations including accommodation, transportation (helicopters, boats, land transport) and equipment arrangements.
    • Arranged for vessel refuelling.
    • Managed the vessel clearance activities in Mexico and Singapore.
    • Responsible for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This includes inventory control and bag-and-tag - Filing maintaining accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
    • Experienced with field material tracking issues and reporting results.

 

  1. G1 Campaign (Commissioning Project in Kakinada, India) – Seconded to SS7 Singapore office (16 Jan – Mac 2013)
    • Preparing procedure, guideline and checklist for Employment Visa, Non-Employee Duty Pass (NED) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) application.
    • Compiled all related documents for employment visa and working permit for all offshore crew.
    • Dealt with the Agent to compete all the MOHA & NED application before mob date.

 

  1. Gumusut Pipelay Installation Project – base in Miri & Labuan Malaysia (March 2013 for 6 months)
    • Leaded for FPS scope, this including crew movements, equipment and FPS clearance and tugs clearance in Johor/Labuan and Miri.  
    • Applied for Shell Safety Book for all crew.
    • Checked all crew certification to ensure all in place before mobilisation date.
    • Liaised and coordinate with Shell Aviation on scheduled & unscheduled helicopter to and from offshore location(s).
    • Managed and monitored project materials movement in Singapore and Johor during mobilisation of the project.
    • Managed ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This included inventory control and bag-and-tag - Filing maintaining accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
    • Experienced with field material tracking issues and reporting results.

 

  1. Gorgon Heavy Lifts & Tie Ins - Installation Aids Project – base at PTMI Yard, Batam (Sept – Dec 13) (Fabricate spool kits and structure in Batam)
    • Managed for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This included inventory control and bag-and-tag - Filing maintaining accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
    • Experienced with field material tracking issues and reporting results.
    • Keep tracked all  incoming & outgoing project materials
    • Prepared and submitted weekly report of Material movements to Technical Manager.
    • Raise MSR for ad hoc materials required onsite to appointed agent for local expedited purchasing.
    • Work closely with appointed agent for import and export documentations.
    • Supervised Quantity Surveyor and assisted our project engineer in loading activity from yard into cargo barge.

 

  1. Wheatstone SGS Project – base in Karatha, Australia (June – Aug 14)

 Removal and disposal of two steel temporary Buoyancy Tanks from the   Wheatstone SGS structure

  • Managed the application of working visas/working permits, mob & demob project crew including sub-contractors and clients.
  • Managed day to day logistic issues during operations including accommodation, transportation and equipment arrangements.
  • Applied Australia working visa for all crew and project team
  • Arranged for vessel refuelling
  • Responsible for vessel inwards and outwards clearance in Karatha.
  • Purchased, import and export project materials via local agent.
  • Monitored and controlled for the loaded and offloaded of the project equipment from yard to the vessel.
  • Managed ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This include inventory control and bag-and-tag
  • Managed filing maintaining for accurate records, sorting, and distributing.

 

  1. Maharaja Lela South (MLS) Project) – base in Brunei (Jun – Oct 15)

Pipe-lay and top site installation

  • Applied Work permit for 700 crew.
  • Managed for material & crew movements.
  • Monitored and assisted for the load and offload of the project equipment.
  • Managed for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution/issuing of material. This include inventory control and bag-and-tag
  • Managed equipment filing system for accurate records, sorting, and distributing.
  • Keep tracked all  incoming & outgoing project materials
  • Work closely with appointed agent for import and export documentations.

 

  1. Badamyar Project – base in Yangon, Myanmar (30 Jan 16 – 15 Jan 17)

Low compression platform (LCP) Installation

  • Acted as Site Rep in Myanmar during project operation.
  • Monitored visa application for 500 crew.
  • Managed for incoming and outgoing crew in Myanmar for their transport, accommodation & meals.
  • Managed the movements of the crew & supply boat including refuelling.
  • Monitored and controlled for loading and offloading activities of the project equipment at Thaketa base.
  • Prepared and distributed crew change procedure and joining instruction for all parties.
