 I'am  a seafeaer and caterer by profession ,I have 13year of catering experience in prepareing continental and africa national dishes including baking.

I was formally working onboard Nlng shipping gas vessels fleet's, manning by shell international trading shipping company limited as chief cook onboard shipping vessels for 9years and 5months.

I have verious catering certificate including my coc part 1&2 for ships Cook's competence from united kingdom (UK).
