Plan, organize, and manage the overall construction development of the jack-up drilling unit, bulk carriers, tug boats. Include design and blueprint review and analysis of project, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, scheduling, and building code compliance, project development, and quality control, compliance with class and Statutory requirements.
