Crew Logistics Coordinator

Description
 Liaise with Marine and Construction Managers regarding provision of personnel requirements for projects and
ensure issues regarding HR/Crewing are effectively resolved;
 Liaise with Project Operational teams on a day to day basis to discuss project requirements and to facilitate
crew movements;
 Co-ordinate helicopter flying programme and liaise with Helicopter provider on a daily basis;
 Co-ordinate, in conjunction with planning and offshore management, any shuttling requirements between all
offshore installations;
 Act as focal point for any ad-hoc helicopter flight requirements and requisitions;
 Assist with any emergency down man of offshore installations and provide on call cover as necessary;
 Participate in emergency response exercises as required;
 Supervise the team of Site & Vessel administrators;
 Co-ordinate with Vessel Admins all crew changes for allocated vessels taking into account any key date
conflicts;
 Ensure adherence by all passengers of helicopter policies, working in conjunction with the Helicopter provider;
 Ensure all passenger records are up to date with relevant certification on the Vantage POB system;
 Ensure all trainings and documentation in place prior to traveling to work site;
 Work in close co-operation with the Visa Department to ensure that all visas, work permits, etc., are obtained
in due time;
 Liaise with Training department for key trainings for offshore crew and organize as and when required;
 Monitor and review unscheduled leave requests with operations to ensure staffing levels are appropriate;
 Act as a focal point of contact for offshore personnel movements/assignments within installations, and ensure
compliance with HR regulations;
 Assist with onshore logistical support and raise travel/accommodation requisitions;
 Liaise with Office HR Departments in HR related matters, attend to crewmember requirements personal
problems and understand their needs as covered by the Company;
 Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the incumbent’s skills, knowledge, abilities
and personal development opportunities;
