Scheduling bunker requirement of all the vessels.
Arranging for quality analysis of the bunker before and after supply. 
Rs. 1.7 crores Savings in bunker supply by entering into a forward contract of bunker supply  During 2007-08.
Introduced a format of Arrival and Departure messaging system of all vessels. 
Conduct purchasing and logistics operations in accordance with the vessels requirement
Scrutinising the quotations and getting approval from the concerned department to place order and follow up on timely delivery of the spares without causing delay to the vessel.

Hold credential for helping designing software for entering the slot rates thereby ensuring that the invoice is not delayed.
