    • Monitoring and managing the vessel operations etc vsl ETA. ETD and sending the terminal discharging report to all transshipment ports.
    • Directly coordinating with the ventures and customers for prompt releases.
    • Maintaining the demurrage and detentions for all inbound and outbound shipment and closely monitoring

COSCO CONTAINER LINES (Cosco )

  • Worked as assistant equipment in charge for COSCO container Lines. As COSCO Line is China Semi Government line.
    • Vast experience of handling loading and discharging.
    • Handling projects cargo releases and promptly follow up to avoid lack of flow.
    • Directly coordinating with the ventures and customers for prompt releases.
    • Maintaining the demurrage and detentions for all inbound and outbound shipment and closely monitoring.

VODAFONE MOBILE:

  • Worked as a Customer Service executive at Intelenet Global Services for Vodafone Mobile Network for the period 0f 12 month.
    • Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues.
