 Ensure that all DA data is in line with services delivered.

 Processing / auditing of the Disbursement Account for the vessel’s port call calling at different corners (Port) of the world.

Checking the authentication of the expense & getting it clarified with agent / operator where ever necessary & then accepting it accordingly.

  To monitor that DA process is completed well in time & balance funds is remitted to agent in order to close the file accordingly.

 Checking if any World Scale (W/S) item incurred then re-billing the same to charterers.

  Asking agents to submit the FDA within time bar for final settlement of that particular port call.
