Fleet Personnel Officer (Personnel Superintendent), tanker department  12.2013-12.2014
Responsible for:
Planning, selection and appointment of all officers and cadets to oil/gas/chemical vessels in accordance with the schedule or crew recruitment advice and Client requirements. Maintenance of Client’s seafarer pool;
Arranging and carrying out crew-change in accordance with schedule;
Information exchange with Crew Manager of recruiting Manpower Supply Office, providing full and timely data about seafarers and client’s requirements;
Pre-joining briefing and debriefing of seamen;
Communication with port and travel agencies, embassies, Flag State Administration;
Database maintenance;
Travel arrangements ( flights booking, visas);
Business mailing;
Acting Head of Tanker Department in incumbent absence.
Authorised for:
Communication with the Client;
Canceling line-up in case of crew incompliance;
Preparation docs regarding MLC 2006;
Arranging training if required.
