• Planning, selection and appointment of all officers and cadets to oil/gas/chemical vessels in accordance with the schedule or crew recruitment advice and Client requirements. Maintenance of Client’s seafarer pool;
• Arranging and carrying out crew-change in accordance with schedule;

• Business mailing;
• Acting Head of Tanker Department in incumbent absence.

• Preparation docs regarding MLC 2006;
• Arranging training if required.
