More than 9 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Oil&Gas plants throughout Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) plants such as crude oil gathering centers and gas booster stations, condensate recovery stations, slug catcher units, dehydration units…including of INSTRUMENTATION Maintenance with full OPERATION support, project works, shutdown, predictive and preventive maintenance jobs. Assisting the operation team in field as well as in control room for monitoring the DCS/ESD (SIS)/Machinery monitoring systems and correction of the process parameters, set point changing, bypassing and overriding the control and ESD systemS if necessary from the part of operation or maintenance. Performing startup and shutdown activities of the plant, machinery and utility systems such as Gas turbines, Reboilers, Chemical injection systems, Export Pumps, Condensate recovery units and Air compressors. Duty includes daily routine checkup, installation, calibration, servicing ,maintenance and replacement of all types of electronic, pneumatic, electro pneumatic hydraulic and micro processor based process measuring, control, monitoring and safety systems such as transmitters, controllers, converters, sensors, switches, control valves, positioners, ESDVS, BDVS, convertors, PLC, DCS…Preparing all types of maintenance and operation reports such as total plant production and maintenance…Reporting to supervisor/KOC foreman/KOC engineer.
