                Well Abandonment Project

  • Responsible for shipping marine materials, vessel tracking, POB, and ordering materials; which include creating inbound/outbound vessel manifests and offshore inventory accountability.

  • Created and issued marine shipping hazardous waste documentation that adhered to all OSHA and Coast Guard regulations.

  • Verified all rental equipment usage by accurately tracking assets and their associated costs as per Master Service Agreements in SAP.

  • Managed the interface between management, engineering, operations, procurement, HSE, aviation, maritime, and vendor to ensure all company owned materials ordered were delivered on time as per contractual arrangements.

  • Provided tactical logistical support to co-coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, fabrications, and key personnel to an offshore pipe-laying construction vessel.

  • Assisted in the chartering and freight forwarding as a third party maritime Import/Export Agent.

  • Cleared foreign flagged vessels through the US Customs and Border Protection Agency, as applicable with all Jones Act restrictions and policies.
