Responsible for the daily management of a 24/7/365 operation, maintenance and performance of a Ground based TPS/70 Surveillance Radar site. Directly responsible for a multinational support staff of 7 personnel and over $10M in Tactical Radar system equipment, facilities, and mission support inventory. Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and mission objectives. Ensured the testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics systems/devices, communications equipment, and computers supporting the mission resulting in a 98% operability rate.

Managed all logistical support, Asset management, capital budget, outsourced contract negotiations, distribution management, import /export, procurement, vendor management, and warehouse management to meet the operational requirements for the Mobile Air Surveillance System and Hemispheric Radar System program, supporting 5 multi GBR sites and a Satellite Earth Station-Host Nation Control Center, (HNCC), providing the in country Control Center
