Estonian Captain- Master Mariner/Marine Manager with great seagoing and shore based office experience is looking for attractive job offers.
Hold Captain’s Certificate already more than 24 years and had 19 years acting Master’s practice for different kind of ships: general cargo, ro-ro vessels, bulk carriers and containers.
Extensive ship’s maneuvering mastership: more than 800 self-pilotage maneuvers have been done within last 8 years, mostly in Japanese/ European ports.
Great knowledge and practical skills at onboard/office implementation and maintenance requirements of latest Maritime Conventions: SOLAS (ISM, ISPS), MARPOL, STCW, MLC and ISO Standards.
Office work experience as Captain-instructor, Port Master, Fleet Manager, Designated Person / Lead Auditor ISO/ISM , Marine insurance specialist - underwriting, claim adjusting.
Can take over following duties and responsibilities:67
At Sea: - Master Mariner for any type dry cargo vessels;
Ashore:
- Nautical Superintendent; - DPA / CSO;- Crewing Superintendent;- Captain – Instructor;- Marine Inspector – Surveyor;
- Claim Adjuster.- HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality) Manager / Superintendent
