Material Testing department Main Lab Arab Center for Engineering and Studies Abu Dhabi. Coordinate with client, Consultant, QC Manager and Engineers Representative regarding the daily field and laboratory work activities. Prepare and submit Materials Submittal Log and summaries of laboratory/site test results, Inspect and report on all material production units i.e. asphalt plants, concrete batching plants, quarries and on and off site manufacturing units. Ensuring all materials and tests frequency are being carried out accordance with project Specification/inspection testing plan. Review Project Specifications, Drawings, Method statements Supervised to, laboratory technicians in conducting field and laboratory tests for soil, aggregate concrete, asphalt and chemical test in accordance with ASTM , AASHTO,BS & BSEN standards. Ensuring all materials and tests frequency are being carried out accordance with project Specification/inspection testing plan, handling the internal and external Quality Assurance Audit.
