 Operated computer with a flatbed scanner and scanned documents into a computer storage system for retention purposes. The quality of the work was checked throughout the process of scanning to make sure each copy was legible. Once documents were scanned, file numbers were assigned to each file. Basic maintenance was performed such as refilling toner and paper. A paper track of all completed work was kept, High productivity rate, call center environment.

 Operated computer to receive and dispatch emergency roadside service calls for AAA members and non-members. When information was received, it was relayed to the appropriate technician by phone or radio according to their abilities and designated area.
