• Management and creation of T700/CT7 (26 sub-models) turboshaft assembly processes • Create assembly instructions and maintain engine assembly management software • Utilize Six Sigma (DMAIC & DFSS) principles to assure manufacturing quality and efficiency • Audit preparation for workstations and processes • Prioritize material and human resource needs for workstations • Liaison between line workers, quality engineers and principal engineers. • Work with safety officer to realize ergonomic improvements for workforce • Research and/or design new tooling to reduce product assembly time • Resolve manufacturing issues on an as needed basis
