Description

I am an OCIMF Accredited SIRE Inspector(OIL) and conducting SIRE Inspections on behalf OMV Refining & Refining GmbH, the leading energy Group in Central and South-eastern Europe.

I graduated from ITU Maritime Faculty on 1999, I have 7 years sea service at Besiktas Shipping and 8 years service at OMV Petrol Ofisi A.S. as a Marine Superintendent & Vetting Inspector. I was responsible of operations of the t/c fleet, examining cargo shortages, demurrage claims, fixing spot vessels, preparing t/c, voyage instructions, training terminal personnel, monitoring hire performance, inspecting vessels and many more..

I can attend on board vessels for

-pre-inspections to get ready for SIRE inspections

-supervising expedite cargo operations
