PMS Engineer

• Data-Build & Upload Master Data of Equipment, Spares & Jobs for 5 vessels in JOT ERP system.

• Supporting, conducting Testing and Analysis activities on Aurora PMS System through Test, Pre-Production and Production (Go-Live) environments. • Direct liaison in a professional manner with operations / technical departments, whilst at the same time maintaining communication with the Senior Project Engineer / PMS Manager. • Utilized and updated the Company Project Costing and Billing system as per agreed policies and procedures. • Complied with the Company health, safety, environmental, quality assurance policies and procedures. • Ensured co-operation, cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing between PMS teams in Mumbai, India and Glasgow, Scotland. • Advised the Senior Project Engineer / PMS Manager with regular updates and progress relating to ongoing and pending vessels inclusive of written updates. • Completed Data Build-Migration of 60 vessels from Marsoft PMS to Aurora PMS with minimal returns in terms of Quality. • Acted as back up for colleagues.

• Technical Planned Maintenance Builder, populating clients software of choice with Equipment, Spare Parts, Maintenance, Scheduling and general upkeep of current vessel sites. • As Instructor, conducted Beginner and Refresher Training courses on various PMS softwares for Marine Engineers and Officers on Ships and Shore in India and abroad. • Software testing of ShipMaster Web VIMS (Web and GUI based Application) for Class Approval. • Generated customized reports (from backend) as per Client request to overview the backlog and efficiency of the PMS System. • Implemented ShipMaster PMS System for esteemed clients like Belships (Singapore) Management Pte Ltd, Jurong Shipyard Ltd, Singapore and ADNATCO-NGSCO Pte Ltd.

• Batch Parking, Posting and Payment runs of Fire, Marine, Engineering, Miscellaneous and Motor Claims in SAP R3 FI (Accounts Payable). • Uploaded and Authorized Claim requests in HSBC.net (ERP Interface) for printing of cheques at respective ROPS locations.
