Description

Over 20 years’ experience in the oil industry with the most important oil-drilling companies in the word.  Following the highest standards in safety, Experienced in marine tankers, LPG Carriers, Marine terminals for LPG, Gasoline, Diesel and JET A-1. Also experienced in drilling units, deep water drilling and cargo handling, projects cargo complex shapes and weights from 1 ton up to 600 ton in offshore operations under DP regime and ship to ship. Worked closely with classification societies in Venezuela and USCG during trades between Venezuela and US refineries. Proud to be part of 0 (cero) accidents (LOT) teams along my whole career. Experience in two major projects in Singapore as on board senior officer in SONGA MERCUR and ENSCO DS 6. Also instructor in the Maritime University of the Caribbean in Venezuela.
