Responsibilities under planning role:
Multidisciplinary planning, scheduling, resource management, tracking, and execution of projects. 
Prepare Shipyard Build Plan and Scenario analysis. 
Prepare Work breakdown Structure for new projects.
Prepare Drawing release schedule and equipment procurement schedule based on Production Need Dates.
Prepare detailed activity schedule in MS Project.
Prepare and maintain Progress Monitoring Sheet.
Prepare periodic project control reports showing actual progress against planned.
Manpower and equipment planning for optimum usage of project resources.
Prepare detailed project look-ahead reports. 
Implementation of ERP for planning function in the yard.

Responsibilities under Project Management role:
Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with occupational safety protocols.
Coordinating with Classification societies  in scheduling inspections, tests and submission of reports to assure a quality product.
Coordinating with Design Department in handling the alteration to drawings and queries arising during the building process.
Monitoring, control and closure of the project, foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective actions to avoid the same on sister projects.
Coordinating with customer representatives for comments raised.
Coordinated Progress review meetings for projecting progress and constraints to management.
Total site management as a Project in-charge.

Planning coordinator for Process Improvement Management System, a web based module for CAPA.

Responsible for all planning activities for 7 vessels being built in this series.

150T AHTSV (Norwegian Offshore- Cyprus)
5600T DWT LNG Propelled Ro-Ro (Sea-Cargo AS – Norway) – 2 Nos

Worked as Procution Engineer for Self Elevating Jack-up Drilling RIG – Super 116 E Class (Great Offshore – India):
Was responsible for planning, tracking of progress, preparation of reports, ensuring adherence to design and safety practices.
Worked on the fabrication, erection and alignment of Spud tank, Yoke structure and Leg assembly, requiring strict adherence to tolerance limits.
Worked on the erection of gear unit on rig, erection of heliport truss structure and heliport.
Completed tank dry survey, A.P.T. and leak testing and leak proofing of watertight hatches and doors. Worked on load out & float off arrangements of rig.
Worked on installation of rescue boat and life capsule davits. Worked on completion of LSA and FFA as per plan.
