Project Engineer

Responsible for design, fabrication & integration for mechanical parts of Project Titled “Advanced Instrumentation Solutions for Health Care and Agro Based Solutions” Sponsored by Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi.  Accountable for consistent achievement of the fabrication plan by ensuring optimal planning, allocation & utilization of all resources that include manpower, machinery and raw materials.  Monitoring the quality of finished products, raw materials, pre-process, process and controlling the rejections and carried out in-depth analysis and testing to ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.  Planning and allocating jobs involving routine checkups and maintenance activities.  Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints.  Collecting and collating quality related data; generated periodic reports and carried out value added analysis of the reports to identify quality issues and develop need-based rectifications.  Charting maintenance schedules for all machines & closely monitoring maintenance activities ensuring minimum down time.  Maintaining reasonable inventory of critical spares to avoid costly emergency procurements.  Provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products.  Work on all stages of a product, new development of the product.  Involve in the management of people and resources, as well as the development and use of new materials and technologies.  Designing and implementing SOPs and supervising entire shop floor functioning.
