Experienced in investigating Near miss, Incident/Accident, collecting witness statement and making reports and communicate with the team by passing detailed investigation reports preventing recurrence. Examining potential hazards and finding control measures, implement and verifying required Safety documents for the site. Proven excellence in making and communicating all safety-related documents (e.g.: Safe System of Work, Risk Assessment) with Management and Site personals. Proficiency in different languages such as English, Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam helps to conduct training and main effective communication & relationship with staff & colleagues.
