Duties:
-Voyage planning on ECDIS and paper charts backup
-Updating and correcting ENP's charts , Nautical Publications and Electronic Publications
-Care of GMDSS equipment, regular testing and record keeping of GMDSS log book
-Officer in charge of cargo watch during Oil Tanker operations including : loading , discharging , purging ,gas freeing, STS operations
-Officer in charge during mooring operations on the poop deck
-Officer in charge of a squad during drills
-Officer in charge of a navigation watch during passages , drifting , port approaches , areas of dense traffic, anchor
