Senior HSE Engineer/ Instructor/ Coach

Description

-  Worked as a QHSE Engineer at many oil and gas land and offshore locations and drilling/work-over rigs, participated on both developing and managing HSE objectives, targets, developing procedures, incidents investigations

-  Establish coordinate and conduct training, offering standard Health & Safety and behavioral based coaching for workers

-  Conduct coaching sessions with various on board staff to enable them to identify the hazards in their daily tasks.

-  Conducted many HSE courses as Firefighting, First aid, H2S, Lock Out Tag Out, OSHA, NORM, HAZCOM, Risk Assessment... etc.

-  Have good presentation skills, Communication Skills; work in group or individually according to the job requirements, Ambitious, Positive attitude , creative , Scientific Research and excellent computer skills

  •  Assist on HSE work plan development to improving HSE performance of personnel
  • Provide HSE training (Classroom and on job training on Land drilling rigs, offshore drilling rigs, oil and gas production plants, oil and gas offshore production platforms and industrial factories).
  • Participate in training material periodic revision and development.
  • Participate in performing JSAs for newly practical training provided our company as well as periodic revising and updating current ones.
  • Provide onsite coaching and consulting for onshore/offshore sites.
  •  Preparing and reviewing Risk assessment, PTW and Isolation systems.
  • Facilitate any relevant workshops, sessions, tours, campaigns and other interventions that include one on one and one on group conversation techniques regarding Safety Leadership and areas of safety development identified through observations and discussion and as required by the site leadership according to each site needs.
  • Audit and inspection for work locations, Incident investigation , raise corrective action reports and address them to right level.
  • Participate in evaluation of HSE performance of personnel and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Observe work safety behavior, Provide feedback on safe work observations to work groups in toolbox talk meetings and encourage personnel to work safely.
  • Inspection of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), first aid duties, cranes and lifting works.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly Safety Assessment reports with recommendations on site safety activities..
  • Provide and maintain a safe working environment and to adhere to operating practices that will safe protect all employees
