PRESENTLY WORK EXPERIENCE:

Presently working as a STRUCTURAL QC INSPECTOR in ADNOC Project site        

Tecnimont S P A ABHUDHABI, EPC FOR AL DABB’IYA SURFACE FACILITIES-

PHASE IN ABU DHABI (ADCO) , UAE, (2017 April started.)

Nature of job: 

• Checking of bar code on the steel members and checking of material in accordance with purchase order and checking of storage in lay down area upon receipt of material.
• Inspection of pad plate elevation for structural columns before erection.
• Ensure proper cleaning and paint touch up before erection.
• Checking of verticality and alignment of structural columns.
• Bolt tightening inspection of steel members.
• Ensure the structure is installed as per the approved drawings.
• Visual Inspection of welded joints of steel members according to code AWS D 1.1
• Raise RFIs and prepare reports for the inspection performed and submit to contractor Q.C.
• Submit inspection performed summery for contractor review on weekly basis.
• Raise the request for the NDT of welded joints to NDT team.
• Witness and monitor suppliers/contractors work activities, inspection and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures and etc.
• Issue and follow-up of Non-conformity Report (NCR).
• Monitor and control for cladding and grouting work.
• Monitor and control for pipe supporting work.
• Report resources requirement in timely manner, and ensure timely completion of activates.   
• Handling the isometric drawing, Piping Plan layout and Erection drawing.
• Ensure erection activities are done according to drawings and requirements.
• Monitor the progress through the cladding and grouting works.
•  Prepare monthly invoice in based on daily progress of welding and NDT process in work site.
• Manage and control work distribution among workforce, and ensure maximum productivity.
• Responsible for as built drawing, Dossier and field instruction for Structural work.
• Prepare the material take off based on field requirement.
• Coordinate with the warehouse material controller regarding the availability of material.
• Coordinate with client for modification of drawings.
• Be a part of the production flow team to improve product quality by clearing all the doubts arouse at shop floor regarding drawings or production process
• Witness and monitor suppliers/contractors work activities, inspection and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures and etc.
• Preparation of Daily/weekly inspection reports, pre and post-reports, worksheets, noncompliance reports etc.
