Description
Master Mariner unlimited certificate issued by the MCA, UK.  marine Radio officer certificate COP II issued by the government of India. Sailed as chief officer on bulk carriers and passenger vessels since January 2010. Joined Indian maritime administration as Radio inspector and then officiated to carry out nautical surveyor duties including port state control inspector, flag state inspections, audits of ships and ports such as ISM ISPS and NSPC. Marine casualty investigation officer. Statutory surveys of ships. Approved examiner of GMDSS and nautical stream exams. Instructor of marine radio communications and nautical subjects with Indian maritime university
