Wellube Supplies Seal Plugs for Pipeline Isolation Work

A division of Unique Maritime Group (UMG), Unique Wellube, was contracted by Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) for the supply and engineering of mechanical seal plugs for a pipeline isolation project. ADMA-OPCO’s 8” subsea riser was found to have some damages which would require a weld repair at the splash zone on the complex side. The plan was to cut approximately 1.5 meters of the riser till below the damaged area and weld a new spool in place. Prysmian Awarded Emirates Contract

Prysmian Group has been awarded a new contract worth approximately € 30 Million by UAE-based construction company Emirates Holding on behalf of major offshore oil and gas producer ADMA-OPCO (Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company) for the design and manufacture of submarine cable links for the replacement of power feeding systems to Zakum offshore oil field, in Abu Dhabi.   The Zakum oil field is the first submarine electrification project planned by ADMA-OPCO and will be the benchmark for future projects aimed at developing and implementing a power distribution and transmission network

Rolls-Royce to Supply Engines for Huge UAE Offshore Project

Rolls-Royce has been awarded a strategic contract to supply Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) with power generation equipment and related services to help boost oil and gas processing at the Satah Al- Razboot (SARB) offshore project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
