Jan De Nul, Samsung Awarded Huge Cable Project in Abu Dhabi

CGG Wins Multi-year Processing Contract

Subsurface Imaging, part of CGG’s Geoscience division, has been awarded a processing contract by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), CGG announced on Tuesday.The French based geosciences company said it will perform high-end time and depth imaging of massive volumes of very high-spec data from what is believed to be the world’s largest ocean-bottom node (OBN) seismic survey to date.Starting in May 2019 – and for a period of at least five years, during the maximum seven-year contract period – CGG will process a minimum 20,000 square kilometers of high-density wide-azimuth

CNPC Wins $1.6 Bln Seismic Survey Deals from ADNOC

State-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) said on Thursday it had awarded contracts worth 5.88 billion dirhams ($1.6 billion) to an affiliate of China National Petroleum Company (CNPC) to conduct the world’s largest 3D onshore and offshore seismic survey.The contract was awarded to CNPC subsidiary BGP Inc.The survey will cover an area up to 53,000 square km, ADNOC said in a statement."The company continues to identify and unlock new opportunities and maximize value from its hydrocarbon resources and deliver on its 2030 smart growth strategy," ADNOC said.(Reporting by Rania El

Fugro, CGG land $60m Adnoc Job

Seabed Geosolutions in cooperation with CGG, secured a new extension to its ongoing shallow water operations in the U.A.E. Seabed Geosolutions Bags Two Contracts

  Seabed Geosolutions will soon mobilise for the variation order that was signed today by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) with CGG to conduct a shallow water seabed survey. The survey is over the Ghasha-Butini field, will take around 12 months and has a value of around USD 125 million.
