Teledyne RESON A/S announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne RESON GmbH, has acquired assets of ATLAS HYDROGRAPHIC GmbH and that the business, product lines and a number of employees from ATLAS HYDROGRAPHIC GmbH are now part of the Teledyne Marine Acoustics Imaging group.
