Thomsen Named CEO at EIVA

Christian Thomsen was named Chief Executive Officer of EIVA, part of the Covelya Group, replacing Flemming Hjorth, who took over as acting CEO of EIVA when former CEO Jeppe Nielsen stepped down for medical reasons in 2022. EIVA Announces CEO Transition

Sonardyne Acquires EIVA

Subsea technology and systems provider Sonardyne International announced Tuesday it has acquired maritime software and equipment specialist EIVA A/S.EIVA will join the Sonardyne group of companies while remaining an independent business and brand.
