Ceona, SURF contractor with deepwater subsea construction capabilities, has announced that the company’s executive vice president commercial and business development, Mark Preece, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Polar Onyx Readies for Brazilian Depths

Ceona Hires New Executive VP
Ceona announced the appointment of Mark Preece who will be joining the executive team as Executive Vice President Commercial and Business Development and will report to Steve Preston, CEO. Mark will join on the June 2, 2013. Mark has senior management, commercial, operations and business development experience gained both in the U.K. and international oil and gas and offshore renewable energy markets.
