Aqueos Corporation said it has completed a major diving scope for the installation and commissioning of the South Texas-Tuxpan Gas Pipeline. The South Texas-Tuxpan Gas Pipeline is being constructed by a joint venture between TransCanada (60%) and Sempra Energy’s Mexican unit IEnova (40%), also known as Infraestructura Marina del Golfo (IMG). Mexico's IEnova to Invest $800m
Mexican energy infrastructure firm IEnova, a unit of U.S.-based Sempra Energy, will invest $800 million this year on eight projects, the company's chief executive said on Monday. Carlos Ruiz Sacristan said the most important project is an underwater pipeline between Texas and the Mexican Gulf port of Tuxpan. That project will require a total investment of $2 billion, and will be developed with TransCanada Corp. Trump Would Freeze Regulations, Revive Keystone
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump would impose a temporary moratorium on new federal regulations and revive Transcanada's Keystone pipeline project, according to an outline of an economic speech Monday obtained by Reuters. Trump's proposals include measures to simplify taxes for everyone and dramatically reduce the income tax and to "remove bureaucrats who only know how to kill jobs; replace them with experts who know how to create jobs," according to the outline. 'Force Majeure' Declared on Damaged Mexican Gas Pipeline

The line in question, the Guadalajara Pipeline, is owned by pipeline company TransCanada Corp and transports natural gas in a gaseous state to the terminal at Manzanillo.
