Royal IHC Sheds Diving, Hyperbaric Division

Royal IHC announced that on the December 24, 2021, it sold IHC Hytech B.V. (Hytech) to private investors who have established Pommec Hytech Holding B.V. Buyers plan to merge the operations of Hytech with those of Pommec B.V. (Pommec).Hytech specializes in the design and manufacturing of high quality, professional diving and hyperbaric equipment. Hytech designs, produces and delivers innovative, sustainable and integrated equipment for the diving, governmental, tunneling, life support and medical markets. Other than the medical market, Pommec is currently active in all markets that Hytech operates in.

IHC Hytech Wins Order for Containerized Air-dive Spreads

IHC Hytech, part of Royal IHC, has secured an order for two innovative containerized air-dive spreads from Bluestream, an offshore and subsea company that operates in the oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors. These high-quality systems consist of a containerized 1,800mm decompression chamber with a full three-dive control panel and a separate machinery container that will be modified to meet the customer’s needs. IHC Hytech, Fathom Systems Enter Distributor Agreement

Two commercial offshore diving companies, IHC Hytech and Fathom Systems, joined forces by signing a new international distributor agreement that was signed on May 7, 2013.
