PALFINGER NED-DECK, PALFINGER-DREGGEN and Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM) are now fully integrated into PALFINGER MARINE.

In the past years, PALFINGER MARINE has been increasing its footprint in the maritime industry through organic growth and acquisitions – fulfilling the strategy to become a complete supplier of deck equipment and handling solutions. The extensive product portfolio now includes Marine Cranes, Offshore Cranes (PALFINGER DREGGEN), Davit Systems (PALFINGER NED–DECK), Boats, Winches and Offshore Equipment (NDM) and Wind Cranes.

Full integration of the sub-brands PALFINGER DREGGEN, PALFINGER NED-DECK and NDM into PALFINGER MARINE is the next step to strengthen the brand awareness for PALFINGER MARINE by presenting one brand and one face to the customer.

As of today, PALFINGER MARINE has one legal entity in Norway, Palfinger Marine Norway AS, which consists of Business Unit Offshore Cranes (former PALFINGER DREGGEN) and Business Unit Winches and Offshore Equipment (former NDM). Product areas, services and office locations will remain the same.

Davit Systems, formerly known as Launch and Recovery Systems, will change legal entity to Palfinger Marine Netherlands BV.

The large product portfolio covers deck equipment and handling solutions for the segments oil and gas, offshore vessels, fishing and fish farming, merchant, navy and coast guard, work and service boats and wind. In combination with a worldwide service network this makes PALFINGER MARINE the perfect partner on all seas.
