In August, EIVA and VideoRay executives met at EIVA’s headquarters in Denmark. One of the items on the agenda was the official appointment of EIVA as authorized VideoRay Service Center.

EIVA is a long-standing authorized representative of VideoRay, having sold numerous underwater remotely operated vehicles (ROV) of the worldwide leader in portable, reliable and easy to use inspection class ROVs.

Now, the partnership is taken to the next level, as EIVA is officially appointed as an authorised VideoRay Service Center. Thereby, EIVA becomes the fifth company in Europe and the first in Denmark to offer VideoRay customers a local point of contact for service and repair tasks.

‘Because VideoRay emphasises customer relations in every aspect of our business, it is important our customers, regardless of location, have access to the same level of service and support that has made VideoRay so successful in the U.S. EIVA’s commitment to excellence and state-of-the-art facility allows our customers throughout the EU to receive the best possible service, and to ensure their continued success with VideoRay in their work,’ said Chris Gibson, VideoRay’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Happy to jump in the VideoRay pool of service centers
In connection with the appointment of EIVA as authorised VideoRay Service Center, a dedicated team from EIVA’s in-house staff of highly specialized electronics engineers have received extensive training in VideoRay’s products.

"We take pride in offering our customers a service that go beyond the delivery of a product, by providing assistance throughout its life cycle, 24/7. The extended collaboration with and training by VideoRay allow us to further increase the service offered to offshore professionals in terms of maintenance and repair of equipment," said EIVA Service and Production Manager Per William Hansen.
