Shark Gulps Subsea Camera in Single Bite
News has just surfaced of a great white shark attacking scuba gear produced by 360Heros, a company based in Olean, N.Y. specializing in the production of 360-degree camera arrays. The incident took place while divers were filming off the coast of New Zealand for The Discovery Channel’s Shark Week. What was intended to be the first-ever 360 video footage of sharks quickly sunk along with thousands of dollars in 360Heros’ equipment. Summer Shark Research Heats Up at WHOI
