Diver Health the Focus of Research Project

Eriksen Joins Kreuz Subsea Board

Kreuz Glorious Mobilized for ONGC Project

Singapore-headquartered subsea services business Kreuz Subsea and Indian consortium partner Seamec Ltd completed the mobilization of the Kreuz Glorious vessel to commence a two-year project with India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).The scope of work includes the inspection of 27 offshore jackets in the Mumbai High North, Mumbai High South, Heera, Neelam and Bassien assets, located off the coast of Mumbai in the Arabian Sea.The construction work barge is specifically designed to work around complex jackets which are often inaccessible by more traditionally utilized DP2 diving vessels.

Kreuz Subsea Names Liew CFO

Subsea services business Kreuz Subsea has appointed Thomas Liew as the group’s chief financial officer.Liew has more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial positions, leading multi-entity organizations in the Asia Pacific region and has been instrumental in driving growth and profitability through the implementation of key operating structures. His previous roles include VP Finance at ALSTOM Grid where he was CFO for ALSTOM’s EPC business in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to ALSTOM, Liew also held key finance and strategy positions with SONY Electronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd

Newbuild Kreuz Challenger Mobilized for Brunei Shell Contract

Subsea services company Kreuz Subsea has mobilized the recently delivered newbuild dive support vessel, Kreuz Challenger, as part of its seven-year contract with Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSP).The contract, which runs until 2022, includes supporting BSP with inspection, repair and maintenance services to be carried out on offshore oil and gas structures in Negara Brunei Darussalam's territorial waters.Typically located in water depths of up to 80 meters, these include drilling platforms, production stations, mini-production stations with combined drilling and production functions

Kreuz Subsea Strengthens Senior Management Team

Global integrated subsea services business, Kreuz Subsea, has strengthened its senior management team with two key appointments at its Singapore headquarters to support its global expansion plans.   Pradeep Verma has joined the company as chief commercial officer while Marek Kaminski is welcomed as director of marine assets. The duo brings more than 50 years of combined oil and gas experience to Kreuz Subsea.   Verma will be responsible for strengthening the company’s position in its core markets of India, Asia Pacific, and the growth of business into the Middle East market.

Kreuz Subsea Wins 5-vessel Contract in India

Subsea services provider Kreuz Subsea said it has been awarded a contract to deliver subsea completion work for Indian multi-national conglomerate, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) from the start of 2018.   The contract, worth an undisclosed eight-figure sum, will see Kreuz Subsea support L&T to install all riser clamps, risers, crossing works, tie-ins, subsea trenching and hydro-testing of pipelines which are part of the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation’s (ONGC) Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP4) and Daman Field development projects off the west coast of India.    The five

Singapore registered subsea solutions provider Kreuz Subsea has named AJ Jain chief executive officer and Balaji Bhashyam as chief operating officer.   Jain brings to the CEO role more than 25 years of executive industry experience, having held a number of leadership positions in the oil and gas industry. Kreuz Subsea Orders Dive Support Vessel from Vard

Vard Holdings Limited has secured a contract for the design and construction of one diving support and construction vessel for Singapore-based Kreuz Subsea group.   The vessel will be of VARD 3 17 design, with a total length of 91.2 meters and a beam of 21.5 meters, and has been developed especially for diving support and subsea construction duties.
