Denmark-based companies Semco Maritime and Final Frontier have invested in STORMBORN’s X-WAVE unmanned surface vessel (USV) technology.The partnerships mark an important milestone in bringing the X-WAVE USV to the market. Semco Wins Order for Culzean Hook-up

Semco Maritime to participate in the preparation (hook-up) of Maersk Oil UK’s new gas field in the U.K. sector of the North Sea when the production units arrive from Singapore in the summer of 2018. Semco Maritime to Service Semisub Drilling Rig

Semco Maritime has won a contract with Paragon Offshore for intermediate classification and service works on the SemiSub Drilling Rig Paragon MSS1, preparing the rig for future activities. The service works will be performed at Semco Maritime’s rig facilities at Invergordon, Scotland, over an estimated period of 60 days. Semco Maritime entered into an agreement with Maersk Drilling for the expansion of accommodation rig Maersk Guardian, which will be inserted at various fields in the Danish part of the North Sea from September 2016.   The order for Semco Maritime comprises installation of new accommodation blocks as a supplement to existing quarters on the jack-up rig. Hanøytangen Deal Reached – Again

Agreement concluded for the sale of Hanøytangen; new ownership takes over as from today   Bergen Group has reached an agreement with Semco Maritime on sale of the rig service activity and with Hellik Teigen AS for sale of the real estate at Hanøytangen.
