Rainmaker LLC, headquartered in Mobile, Alabama with a newly opened office in Houston, Texas, signed an exclusive representation contract with subsea inspection and survey specialist Meridian Ocean Services, with offices in Newport, Rhode Island and Nassau, Bahamas. The agreement covers the maritime industry, harbors, bridge inspection, marine terminals, offshore pipeline and offshore-related industries in the U.S. and other international territories. Rainmaker is also collaborating with Enman and Associates to expand Meridian’s presence on the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts.

Meridian’s portfolio of subsea inspection and survey equipment includes Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) as well as advanced subsea imaging technology. Meridian's equipment is suited for short and long term deployments in the pipeline and oilfield, engineering support, salvage response and oceanographic research markets.
