Cheri Vetter has been named business development manager in Houston; Stan Herl, U.S. sales manager, in Oklahoma City; Chad Hamilton, district manager, in Kilgore, Texas; and Jim Bacon, senior adviser technical support, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Vetter brings 22 years of experience in the marketing and sales fields and will be responsible for developing Houston-based accounts. Most recently, she served as a technical sales engineer for Schlumberger. Vetter earned a degree in marketing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Herl joins Borets with extensive experience in sales and a strong technical and electrical background. He previously spent 15 years working as an independent oilfield electrical contractor. As U.S. sales manager, Herl is charged with increasing Borets’ market share and making Borets a recognized leader in artificial lift applications.

Bacon has specialized in ESPs for 30-plus years. He spent nearly half his career working overseas in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Russia.  In his new role, Bacon will provide training and engineering support as well as field service. Bacon received an associate degree in industrial electrical and electronics technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.
