OneSubsea, Subsea 7 Win Ormen Lange Contracts
OneSubsea has secured a frame agreement with A/S Norske Shell for an engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contract for the supply of a subsea multiphase compression system for the Ormen Lange field in the Norwegian Sea.Through the EPCI contract, OneSubsea and its Subsea Integration Alliance partner Subsea7 will supply and install a subsea multiphase compression system that uses the industry’s only subsea multiphase compression technology. OneSubsea will, in the first phase of the project, do the engineering and design of the complete system. Following the final investment

discovery located offshore, 100 km south of Dakar, Senegal. The proposed development scope includes up to 23 wells with in excess of 90km of rigid pipelines featuring Subsea 7’s Swagelining pipeline and BuBi pipeline technologies. The SNE and Scarborough projects were awarded to Subsea Integration Alliance, a global partnership between Subsea 7 and OneSubsea, with integrated SPS (subsea production systems) and SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines) project teams. The SNE subsea integrated project will be led from Subsea 7’s London office, with support from other Subsea 7 and
Subsea Integration Alliance Wins Esso Contract
Exxon Mobil subsidiary Esso Australia Pty Ltd. awarded integrated subsea engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) contracts to Subsea Integration Alliance, which comprises OneSubsea, a Schlumberger company, and Subsea 7.The work scope includes engineering, procurement, construction and installation of two production wells in a water depth of approximately 45m that will be tied-back to the Longford onshore gas plants. Project management and engineering will be provided by OneSubsea and Subsea 7 from local offices in Perth and Melbourne, Australia. Offshore installati

, risers and flowlines (SURF) and associated subsea architecture. Subsea 7 has worked closely with BP to deliver a lump sum integrated solution from design through to supply, installation and commissioning. Furthermore, by collaborating with OneSubsea, a Schlumberger company, our Subsea Integration Alliance partner that has been awarded the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) contract, additional areas of cost improvement have been identified to provide greater cost certainty and reduced risk. This has enabled the original cost of the Mad Dog 2 development to be substantially reduced.
Subsea Integration Alliance Awarded Deepwater Integrated EPCIC Contract
Subsea Integration Alliance has announced the industry’s first deepwater integrated subsea engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) multiphase boosting system award. This award, by Murphy Exploration & Production Company–USA, a subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corporation, is for the industry’s longest deepwater subsea multiphase boosting tieback. Building on a track record of numerous engineering studies, this is the first EPCIC project award for Subsea Integration Alliance, which was formed July 2015 between OneSubsea, Schlumberger, and Subsea 7.
