OceanWorks to provide storage, maintenance and inspection of key components of recently delivered subsea autonomous dispersant injection (SADI) system.

OceanWorks International has been contracted by the Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC) to supply a storage and maintenance facility for the Battery-Powered Pump Skids, an integral component of the Subsea Autonomous Dispersant Injection (SADI) System recently delivered by OceanWorks. This facility will allow the equipment to be conveniently stored, maintained, and inspected to ensure readiness for use.

The unique construction of the facility, with an insulated and air-conditioned inner storage structure within a weatherproof steel building, will ensure that the SADI system components are stored at the optimal temperature range.  The facility will also have three fully insulated access doors, allowing movement of the stored equipment for either deployment or servicing.
