"Ensuring equal access to broadband access to the Internet - it is an important national objective, which can be solved only through close cooperation. The project for the construction of an underwater link will install digital equality in Russia and gain commercial benefit ", - said Roman Kopin.

According to preliminary calculations, the total cost of the project is 2.2 billion rubles. The payback period will be about spending seven years.
