According to preliminary calculations, the total cost of the project is 2.2 billion rubles. The payback period will be about spending seven years. To determine the exact data on the length of the track, and capital expenditures necessary to carry out marine research. The estimated duration of the project - three years.

In addition, during the meeting with the leadership of the governor of Chukotka "Rostelecom", it was decided to allocate additional resources to provide more efficient operation divisions of the company, as well as medical institutions in the region.
