period with easy access to highly accurate data. Compact and robust, the Hyperion Crude Oil is ideal as a standalone sensor for ROV/AUV integration or as part of a multi-sensor array.  SWiFT Deep CTD - The new SWiFT Deep CTD provides survey-grade sensor technology, coupled with the convenience of Bluetooth® wireless technology, rechargeable battery and an integral GNSS module to geo-locate each profile. Using Valeport’s high accuracy sensor technology to combine sensors for multiple profiles in a single drop the SWiFT Deep CTD can operate to 6,000m, delivering directly measured conductivity

There are others, such as Group B (see below) that look interesting. Some hacker work could be done to interface other camera models through their WiFi and Bluetooth remotes.BiofoulingLong term deployment of cameras in the photic zone will certainly suffer from marine growth. Severn Marine Technologies (MD) <https://clearsignalcoating.com/> is developing clear biofouling solutions for undersea optical instruments. Other solutions, like wiper brushes and

valve system, Ascension pulls water through filters rather than pushes, which allows samples to be collected efficiently while avoiding external contamination. The included 200-meter communication tether used to lower the instrument into the water connects to a Windows software interface via high-speed Bluetooth so users can view and control sample valves, filtration rates, CTD data and battery status in real time, the company said.Per Ocean Diagnostics, the technology can also be configured for automated deployments to sample and collect data at specific time points or sampling frequencies. "

industry for a long time, and we’re really glad to see the same application moving into the civil inshore industry in Sweden.”With Swedish waters notorious for low visibility, typically 0.5m and less, and working in a wide variety of water states from open seas to waterway locks, fitting a Bluetooth multibeam sonar to the Falcon was essential, says Robert Hedin: “It is a must-have for operating an ROV in our underwater environment.”With Peab Marin pilots typically working in challenging conditions, their pilots welcome the precise control, agility and stability of the Falcon when
