Delta SubSea LLC and FoundOcean, Inc. signed a strategic agreement today to provide subsea grouting and scour remediation services in Trinidad, Tobago and Venezuelan waters. The two companies bring complementary services to the table, giving clients a true turnkey solution for pipeline scour remediation and stabilization solutions in the region.

“Scour is a major concern for companies operating in Trinidad, Tobago and Venezuela, and when left untreated can cause catastrophic damage to pipelines,” said Scott Dingman, President of Delta SubSea.

Delta SubSea brings logistical and vessel support to the deal, and FoundOcean its 50 years of offshore inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) experience. The alliance partners will also provide a full range of subsea pipeline repair and rehabilitation techniques including freespan correction, pipeline support and stabilisation, and pipeline clamp options.

Jim Bell, Managing Director of FoundOcean continued, “With this new partnership DSS & FoundOcean will better serve our clients’ needs to meet the demands of any pipeline project in the region.”
