Tenaris to Supply 46,000 Tons of Pipe for Turkey's Giant Offshore Gas Field

Fugro Wins Survey Deal for Gas Field Project Offshore Brunei

Dutch offshore survey firm Fugro said Wednesday it had received a "sizeable" contract from Petronas Carigali Brunei, for the Kelidang Cluster gas field development project.Under the contract, Fugro will carry out various site characterization surveys to support the front-end engineering design for offshore production facilities and the pipelines to prospective buyers onshore. A geotechnical drill and autonomous underwater vehicles will be used, among other things, to collect geotechnical and geophysical data. The majority of the work will be executed during 2023 in different phases.

ClassNK Offers Guidelines for ROV/AUVs

Siemens Equipment for Large Gas Field Project Offshore Malaysia

Siemens Gas and Power has been awarded a contract to supply gas turbine generators, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors for the Petronas' Kasawari gas field development project offshore Sarawak in Malaysia. The order was made by Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (MMHE) which has formed a joint venture with TechnipFMC to execute the work for Petronas.Siemens will supply three SGT-300 industrial gas turbine generators (GTG), three mechanical-drive SGT-300 gas turbines and three DATUM centrifugal compressors for the Kasawari project in the South China Sea.With an estimated recoverable

Fugro Hired for Abadi Field Survey

Subsea 7 to Install Risers at Lingshui 17-2

Services firm Subsea 7 said it has been awarded a contract to install risers for CNOOC’s Lingshui 17-2 gas field development project in the South China Sea.The contract from Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Subsea 7 S.A. announced the award of a  contract by Wintershall for the Nova (formerly known as Skarfjell) oil and gas field development. Nova is located in the north-eastern part of the North Sea, 16 kmfrom the Gjøa field, in a water depth of approximately 360m. The Nova field development is a subsea tie-back to the existing Gjøa semi-submersible production facility. The contract award comprises the Engineering Procurement Construction Installation (EPCI) delivery of the pipeline and riser systems, and the transport and installation of subsea production systems and umbilical system.
