US Subsea Equipment Firm Sets Up Shop in Brazil

Houston-based subsea equipment and services provider for oil and gas sector Koil Energy has established a new technology center for manufacturing and service support in Macaé, marking its expansion into Brazil.Macaé is generally considered to be the center of the offshore petroleum industry in Brazil, and it is often referred to as ‘Cidade do Petróleo’.Koil Energy has leased a 180,000 sq ft property with offices and a workshop of 27,000 sq ft. Subsea7 Secures IRM Job at Türkiye’s Sakarya Gas field

Offshore services firm Subsea7 has secured a ‘sizeable’ contract by Turkish Petroleum Offshore Technology Center (TP-OTC) to provide inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) services for the Sakarya gas field development in the Black Sea.The contract scope includes project management and engineering executed and managed from Subsea7 offices in Türkiye and Scotland, as well as the provision of equipment, including two work-class remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).Also, Subsea7 will be in charge of sourcing the construction personnel onboard TP-OTC’s light construction vessel

Ashtead Technology Upgrades Tech Center to Support Renewables and Decom Work. Launches Recruitment Drive
